Beautiful 240. Just wondering, would the gt28 bolt right up? And noob question, but how did you manage to pass emissions?

The gt28 will bolt up with minimal mods. NC dosent have emissions for 95 and under vehicles. It passes nc tests no problems. I would not hesitate to drive this car as it sits anywheres in the usa right now.
