DESCRIPTION:

I've owned this car for 9 years and it's been a great car, it got me through college and grad school. I've just out grown it and needed a car with back seats. It has 179k miles on it and as a rotary has been pretty good to me. It has the normal broken interior parts like the dash defrost vents and center console and one of the cargo covers in the back is broken which is EXTREMELY common on these cars as well as the rear speaker rings. The seats aren't perfect but they aren't falling part either. Car was never smoked in. These interior parts can usually be picked up at the junk yard for $5-$10. The interior is blue, and since I'm from NC and recently moved here the dash is uncracked. It has freshly tinted windows by a professional shop and its a pretty great job. Also has an Alpine head unit CD player that is only a year or so old. As a GXL it comes stock with the turbo II brakes and the adjustable suspension. Everything still works, including the sunroof, power windows, power steering and the AC which blows ice cold. Some of my friends have said its the nicest RX7 they've been in that is this old but I've definitely seen FC's way nicer. The body is in pretty good shape for a 27 year old car. No major dents, just some dings here and there, and the edges of the sunroof are starting to show some surface rust so that needs to be addressed. It's on good tires and 16" rims from an SE 240sx and has a turbo II wing. I'm looking for $2300 and I won't take anything that isn't really really close. I don't need to sell it. I could just put it in my warehouse but I thought I would see if another enthusiast might want it and take care of it. Please don't come look at this car if you are expecting something that looks like it was in a time capsule for the last 25 years. Its in great shape for its age, but it is NOT perfect. I've driven this car everywhere. Its made multiple trips to Michigan and back when I lived in NC. And the last trip it made was from Michigan to Florida (1700 miles) loaded with all we could pack in it and still leave room for the driver.

NEW PARTS:
All new heater hoses (they were showing their age)
Newer Brakes (last fall)
Newer driveshaft (u-joints went on original)
Headlights
Front lower ball joints (I haven't installed these yet but I will tonight or Monday night)

Thanks for Looking guys. On to the pics (sorry for cell phone pics)

I just came in from cleaning it all up. She is looking good. Come get it, don't just be tempted. How often do you find one bone stock and not rusted to crap that isn't $3,500+????
