KA24E to a KA24DE swap

Ok, new question.  I may have found a parts car.  It's got the KA24DE motor and a 5-speed.  How hard is it to swap the KA24DE into my 89'?  Are the harnesses plug and play or what all would I need to swap and/or buy?
