Looking to start a East Bay meet

Ive been looking for meets in the east bay more close to Oakland and Berkley but i cant find any most of them are in union city, sac or sj. anyone else feel the same? so im looking for a good amount of people to get one started.
this "meet" is in a trial stage i don't have any date set or location but iv e got a few places in mind

it doesnt have to be oakland how about el cerrito? theres the 99 ranch its gotta huge parking lot. i think its TECHNICALLY in richmond tho, anyone got any other suggestions?
