The aftermarket downpipe has no hole for this sensor to probe into...do i just leave it plugged in and secure it to the tranny, so that the obd2 reads that it is there for emissions purposes or what?
Thanks, Ryan

what? the SR dosent use a 2nd O2 sensor. It dosent have OBDII either. thats a US regulation. why would it be on a Japan only motor?

i know there is an aftercat O2 sensor because if u read a 62 ECU pin chart there is a wire comin in from an O2 sensor after the cat....But im pretty sure mines not even hooked up....(maybe thats another reason y im running rich [255iph pump]).....shouldn't really affect anything, i mean what aftermarket exhaust comesd with an O2 bung welded on???,,,,,,

What are you running computer-wise? I run a JWT and I just left the 2nd O2 probe plugged in and strapped in a secure location to the bottom of the car. I did this because That probe is ONLY used for obdII purposes that the sr doesn't have. I left it plugged in to keep the little light on my dash from turning on;-)

Finally! An answer to a question...thank you for the input. I too am running a jwt ecu and planning on pluggin the 02 sensor and just strapping it to the tranny.
Thankks, Ryan
