Wondering...is there any point in changing the O2 sensor before the engine light comes on?
Can they "wear out" or do they just stop working?
Would you use an aftermarket one or go dealer?
Are they very expensive?

oxygen sensor isnt that expensive... probabaly under $50 i think aftermarkets O2 sensor are fine... but u might need to have a special socket to install or take it out... correct me if i am wrong..
14 bucks for a one-wire obdI sensor. i think autozone has em for under 20...i think 240's have enough room for you to wrench it out without the special socket.
