DESCRIPTION: I picked this up new about three years ago for my gf's car she was building, we finished the car and she drove it a few times to different meets and lost interest. I parted the car out and hung on to this for myself for later use. Now I don't need it. It is bolted to a stock downpipe and a stock manifold with newer gaskets so I can send it out like this. It comes with an O2 sensor that was new when the turbo was new and also all the stock coolant lines. I've already shipped this to myself from Michigan when I moved down here so I know I can pack it the way it is and it make it safe and sound. I am open to negotiate but don't make yourself look stupid with lowball offers. Most people on here should know I sell legit stuff.

Well seeing as it's rusted and I can see a bit of rust on the bolt on the compressor wheel it will need to be rebuilt at minimum. I definately need a t28. You take 250 shipped for just the Turbo? no mani or elbow.

It's not in need of a rebuild

You can't buy a blown 2871r for $250
You can't stop any turbo from rusting, they are cast iron


This turbo is $1400+ new. It spins perfectly freely, has zero shaft play. It being rusted on the end of the bolt doesn't mean shit. My 3071r on my car that is driven regularly is rusted on the head of the bolt.

Go buy a blow t28, you'll still pay $250.

I can spend the hour to pull it apart and sand blast the exhaust housing and make it look brand new if that matters. I've rebuilt, powder coated, and serviced hundreds of turbos through my profession. The reason I haven't done that to this one is some people are picky and want to be the only people to ever crack open their turbos. So I left it as it.

This is a T2 flanged/five bolt exhaust flanged turbo with a 3" inlet. So I'm a little confused by you saying a t28 flanged turbo. A t28 is an actual turbo like what comes on s15 SRs as one example.

Yea, i was wanting a t28 but looking for anything that will fit my isis v2 bottom mount manifold with a t2 flange. This may be a little too beefy for what im looking for i think.

Yeah this turbo makes 350-400whp and you would likely need some sort of EMS.

You were asking me to take everything apart, I told you I was going to see if I had interest in everything the way it is without me having to take it apart. I have interested (A LOT) for the entire thing. Sorry man, I'm looking for the deal that doesn't require me to spend an hour or so messing with this thing. If you're into the entire set up, let me know before someone else pays me. Two people have my PayPal in pm and I've sent one request for payment but I have yet to get any funds yet.
