So I've got two cars, a 91 with HICAS, and a 92 base model.

I want to put the HICAS motor into the non HICAS car, is there anything I should be concerned with? I don't need to move the HICAS system around or anything, I just want to swap motors.

So afaik, I can do this, but I need to strip off everything on the motor except the intake and exhaust manifolds correct?

I could just as easily say I want to put a base model motor into a HICAS car and keep the HICAS...that sounds more understandable even though it means the same thing.

hmm...thought the HICAS and the base motors are the same?

yea kook its all the same crap. there is no difference between the two motors.\

all u gotta do is swap the PS pumps
if u got hicas u gotta run the hicas pump...if u got no hicas use the regular pump.
(i ran into this prob with my SR)

yeh the motors internally are the same, just the accessories are different. Just trying to make sure here.
