Im new to turbos but why is the hose from the actuator connecting back to the turbo?

The wastegate uses the pressure from the compressor housing to open the wastegate

They just need a source that sees boost pressure ie. Intake Kami, intercooler pipe or the compressor housing itself

Because it's the s14 sr20 turbo. The s15's have the divider.
