Feeler on my daily beater here.

Good:

Runs strong, all electronics work (heated seats, power mirrors, power seats, power adjustable steering, radio w factory 6 disc changer and tape player, ac blows cold, heat is hot, power windows and sunroof, keyless trunk, windows open/close with lock-unlock, all speakers working and sounding awsome, ect..)
Has some Clarion subs with Hifonics amp that can be included.
Hid's in headlights and fogs.
Week old Megan coilovers (take that for good or bad)
Timing chain, oil pump, water pump, and all other normal maintenance done under 1000 miles ago.

Bad:

Has 250,000 miles, but maintained meticulously so you'd honestly never know.
Scuff on front and back from buggy in a parking lot.
Small, recent tear in driver's seat.

That's about it. I happen to have a 2jz sitting in my room out of an SC with 45k on it, that could be included for the right trade. Don't get me wrong tho, I drive the hell out of the car as-is and there isn't a thing wrong with it.
