S14 Head to S13 block will it fit? please advice..

Does anyone know or tried putting a S14(black top) head to an S13(red top) block? will it fit? im trying to swap it out because i suspect that my S13 head have a bent valve. Before i go any further i would like to get some advice from the experts. Im new to nissan community.:wavey:
