Tein HE rear s14 coilovers or full set

I have a set of rear not blown tein he s14 rear coilovers. they are on my car now but i want to go a different route.

Are you sure those arent HR or HA Teins? Every Tein HE ive seen is height adjustable from the lower bracket.

Those are ha's. I had he on my s13. Theyre fully height and dampening adjustable. Also hes are greenish gold and black
