I have megan racing headers how do i install it on a 95 nissan 240sx? With a ka24 motor

unbolt the old one, pull it out, put in the new one, pretty basic install

I'd recommend selling it but I'd feel bad about passing on a Megan product to a fellow enthusiast.
Remove the old one and install the new one. It ain't rocket science. You probably have to remove the stock exhaust manifold shield (can't remember... I took mine off back in '06) and I'd recommend either fabbing or buying a BMC shield. If you're really stumped, please take it to a shop before you mess up your car. Everyone's gotta learn, but if there's no one to teach you it pays to have either a backup car or professional help.
Remember to buy a new header to cat gasket as well as head to header gaskets. Clean the mating surfaces to ensure a proper seal; you can use a dab or two of high-temp silicone to hold the header to cat gasket in place so you don't have to worry about alignment.
I'd also recommend replacing at least a couple of your exhaust hangers while you're at it, if you haven't already. Megan stuff isn't exactly of legendary build quality and any stress you can take off the header will help longevity.

fyi youll probably have to disconnect the column from the steering rack to get it to go in.
