There's been over 10 different cases prior to the date when the Miami incident happened. you have a point. these arent real zombies. it has something to do with drugs, bath salts i believe, but the affects of this drug turns you into a zombie like state. striping nake, grunting, feeling no pain when getting shot, and have no sense of danger. your basically walking around with a fried brain.
