my vouch: valve stem seals are notorious with 2jz's as s13s with steering wheel shimmy at 55mph lol

Because when i searched the vin# it came up registered in cincibonerton, RU.

Yeah its 100% good to go. you can run the vin on any site. itll come up as the car and where its reg'd
