OBX shifter Problem

hey I jsus installed mah OBX short shifter, but im having trouble getting it in to 5 gear and reverse..it put it reverse it juss pops back out and some times when I push it in reverse..it grinds!! needs some help plz..

install is easy as pie. i did mine in 5 minutes

damn i need the OBX collar!! I have to lift up the shifter to put it in reverse!! anyone have any extra one?
