99 maxima se auto for trade or sale

i have for sale a 99 maxima se
i had used this car for work and running around for my wifes running around
now i have bought my wife a jeep.

so now i can get rid of this :rofl:

145552 miles(this will go up as this is my daily)
good
black leather
power windows
power locks
sunroof
new brakes
new plugs
3 new coils
new kenwood ipod mp3 stereo
bose equipped
skyline r32 gtst rims 16x6.5
8 out of 10 nakangs
3&1/2" straight pipe from cat

bad
has 1 inch rip on passenger seat
needs suspension in rear (sags on acceleration)
sway bar links are broken in front :ugh:
could use o2 sensors
paint is faded on driver rear
wing has been ripped off(neighborhood kids welcomed me)
pass rear door has dent from my grandfather backing into door
i had put tires on rims and they sat on my s13 for 3 months in my garage and rear passenger tire feels like a flat spot.

was planning on fixing all these problems listed above and doing body work/paint. Work has been putting that on hold. i barely have time for my family
would like to trade for a.........
s13 hatch or coupe 5 speed
s14 5 speed
z32 5 speed
if i had to put a price on it i would say 2200 neg(car still runs and drives as i am using it as a dd) if all above problems are fixed i will adjust price accordingly
