that's right guys. my baby ended up having more underbody rust then i thought she did, so my loss is your gain. the rust will cost too much for me to fix, so i'm going to part her out and start saving for the next one.

details:

1990 240SX fastback
navy blue
5-speed
194,XXX KILOMETRES
IMMACULATE INTERIOR! no rips or tears.

parts i have for sale include:
- front and rear bumpers. some chips, no cracks.
- flip-up headlight assemblies. whole or part out.
- hood. no dents or rust.
- front fenders. no dents or rust.
- Canadian OEM Day-time running lights. no cracks.
- OEM front lip: I WILL ONLY SELL THIS FOR A VERY GOOD OFFER! i am planning on keeping it for my next car but will part with it if the offer is good enough.
- 2 power window motors.
- 2 mirrors with power components.
- whole passenger door. no dents.
- whole driver's door, has a large dent and the window motor is burnt out. this door is cheaper then the other one because of the dent, but if you buy this door, i will include a new window motor with it for a little bit more.
- tail-lights. no cracks.
- 240SX centre piece. i have 2, no cracks in either.
- metal piece under tail-lights. have 2. one black, one navy blue. black has some rot forming on back that could easily be sanded. not sure about blue one as it's still on car, but neither have any outer surface rust.
- hatch. the hatch itself is destroyed (has a spoiler and LOTS of rust), but you could buy it for the wiper motor or glass, both of which work perfectly.
- non-power sunroof.
-dashboard. blue. no cracks or wear.
-steering wheel. light wear in leather.
-leather shift knob. light wear.
-shift boot. light wear.
-door panels. clean.
- all other interior consoles, surrounds, vents, gloveboxes, ash-trays etc.
- passenger seat. no rips at all.
-driver seat. not a single rip, no bolster wear. i was planning on keeping this for my next car and will only part with it for a good price.
- rear seats. no rips at all and no rust on back-plate.
- complete KA24E with 194,XXXKM on it. NO KNOCKS, DOES NOT BURN OIL! this engine runs perfectly. WILL ONLY PART OUT TO LOCAL BUYER! IF YOU WANT THE WHOLE ENGINE, YOU MUST PICK IT UP YOURSELF!
-KA24E transmission. works perfectly. clutch is dead. PICK UP ONLY!
- fuel pump. gas tank leaks, pump itself is perfectly fine.
-shocks. dust boots are ripped, otherwise fine.
-carpet.
- OEM carpeted floor-mats embroidered with "240SX". RARE!

anything else you need, i got it. the whole car must go. all's i want is to make my money back so i can move on to my next 240SX. you guys want to help support a fellow enthusiast, right?

the car is located in the Greater Toronto Area. large pieces are prefered to be pick-up-only. if you wish to ship a large item, YOU MUST PAY SHIPPING OR PROVIDE OTHER TRANSPORTATION!

for small items - you must pay at least half of shipping to help me out. i'm not rich, rather i'm short on money and can't afford to spend $40 to ship a $20 part across the continent.

pick up is prefered if you are local.

PM, reply, or e-mail to [email protected] with offers.

thanks for reading and thanks for any interest!

hood is sold already. sorry yacho.

crossmember - no idea. shoot me an offer.

door panels. $20-$30 each, brackets - $5, centre console $20-$25, carpet - do you mean the whole thing or the floor-mats?

all canadian 240SX's had non-automated seat-belts. so yes, my interior pieces are normal. i've already had one offer for a package deal (belts AND trim pieces) and my price on the package is $50. trim pieces maybe $10 each?

fender - $40-$45? they're in mint condition.

only after 1991 did Canadian cars have VLSD's unfortunatley.

let me know guys and thanks for all the interest!

Tom

glove box = $10

how much of the door handle do you need? just the handle itself or the mechanism as well?

if just the handle, then $7-10 should do it.

let me know.

door panels are sold.

radio brackets are sold. (sorry Sil-ABC)

gauge cluster is sold.

*EDIT* DRL's are still up for grabs. buyer was mixed up. they are NOT '91-'93 lights, they are '89-'90 lights IE ones that hang in the 2 bottm openings on your pignose bumper. PLEASE be aware of this when bidding on these lights or else you will be stuck with some DRL's that won't fit your car!

hood is sold.

seat belts are close to being sold.

but nothing is final until i receive payment, so don't stop with the offers now if you want a part.

as for the console, which part did you need? the one that runs along the floor?

hey everyone,

i am terribly sorry for my lack of replies both in this thread and to PM's. my internet went down on friday and just came back up today.

with that said, ALOT of this car is still available. the parting out has not yet begun, but will begin sometime this coming week. so if you need anything, get in touch with me and i'll let you know if it's still available.

thanks for your help guys!

yes, Sil-ABC you can still get the centre console.

i'm sorry about the lack of replies. when my 'net went down, i kinda lost track of everything so if i missed out on anyone, get in touch with me!

btw, anyone who i've already sold parts to and anyone who has already PM'd me seriousley about parts: you're fine. BUT, i have someone interested in what's left of the car once i've taken off all the parts that are already sold. i will find out tomorrow night whether he wants it or not. i've sold the hood, door panels, front signals, shift knob, seat-belts, and i have received serious interest in the front bumper, DRL's, console, and a few other things. if the sale for the whole car goes through, then these parts will be taken off and shipped to their new owners. what's left of the car will then be sold to the guy. so any NEW offers for parts ("new" meaning you haven't PM'd or e-mailed me before tonight) WILL be accepted, but if the sale for the whole car goes through, then i will have to cut that sale off and no more offers for parts will be accepted. if the sale for the whole car does NOT go through, then i will continue doing business and accepting offers.

i hope everyone understood that...ah well, if you didn't, then whatever. hehe.

just letting you guys know that i'm leaving for LA tomorrow (wednesday) at 12 noon. i will be there until Sunday, and it is most likely that i will NOT have access to the internet. so after noon tomorrow, any offers through PM's or e-mails or replies to this thread will not be received until Sunday at the earliest.

just thought i'd let you know so you didn't think i was ignoring you. :p
