For those who know me I've been on the out and out lately (not that I posted that much anyway but I started becoming a post whore). I have life long hearing problems and have to have surgery every few years to keep from going def. huh? Self deprecating humor. lol. Anyways been at the hospital alot these past couple weeks and have to have surgery on both yet again and the outlook could be bleak. But I'm back, for now, and will be making it to D1 and hope to see some of you guys out there (definantly be hanging out with the PG bastages).
The bad news is about the sway bars. We got them completed but they weren't up to the standards we require before we make them available to you guys. To save costs we were getting the sway bars constructed at a different place than the rest of our D'Stage parts as they arent' as intricate a piece as say our coilovers. We won't be dropping them though as they are going to be produced by the same company that is constructing the rest of our parts.
A little good news though is that a number of our other D'Stage parts are close to completition. Particularly our 30 way adjustable coilovers w/ pillow ball mounts which will be on the same quality and performance level of the big companies like JIC, Tein, and Tanabe but a little more affordable for the budget drifters and road racers.
The website will be back up in the next two days (24 hours turned into 2 weeks because we had some server problems and I didn't have the time to get everything finished yet). I re-designed it and we're going to have a huge online catalog with plenty of hard to acquire parts from Japanese companies like Ganador, Midori Seibi Center, Defend, G Corporation, Kakimoto, etc.. blah friggin' blah. Sort of similar to Auto Imaging I guess. You can see a sneak preview at http://www.worksyamaguchi.com/main/index.htm
That's it. lol. I have to go fiddle with a car now.

The site will be constantly updated. I'm sort of being a freak about it. I would have had it done and up by now but entering all the products into the online store is taking alot of time. lol. I'm actually taking the time to write pretty decent descriptions and cover all bases like with the Tomei parts since often times other parts are needed or certain machining is required like with their stroker kits.
About the coilovers, they are ridiculously nice in my opinion. Alot of work was put into them. As for price, the final "retail" hasn't been decided on but since we're a Zilvia advertiser we will be running a debut sale or group buy on here. Probably $995.00 for a full set with upper pillow mounts.

Thanks man. We are actually test fitting on steve's 240 (gold coupe) and it's going to be all D'Staged and AeroGraced up and everything is looking good. Let me know everything you need or come by the shop and we'll get everything straightened out. We have FRP/Carbon overfenders too so that might be an idea over factory S13 fenders.

wow. that's a very good looking site i must say. The first thing that came to mind was ...wtf, when I saw that weird bird thing with breast. hahaha. Good overall. I like it, and I know how you feel man about the ears man. I too am somewhat deaf. 86% in the left, and about 56% in the right. But hey, keep up the good work, and I hope to be buying from your company later on when I own my 204.

lol. It's called a Tanuki (racoon dog). There are alot of myths and stories about them in Japan. The statues bring good luck and fortune and they have really big nuts.
There's actually a story I learned when I was a little kid about the Tanukis' home up in the mountains being destroyed by railroads. To escape they ran off the side of a huge cliff and sailed safely to the ground by using their sacks as parachutes. Funny shit.
I'll keep everyone updated on the sway bars. Tommorow morning I'll be meeting with the new source and getting a deal drawn up.

Good luck with the surgery, hmm lately I have been hearing about a lot of people with problems with thier hearing and such. Did it start slowly and gradually get worse, becuase I know some people that get a little worried about thier hearing, wonder if it would be better to get it checked out earlier.
Anyways back to the car stuff, well might see you at D1, if not then I'll see you at South Bend, and hopefully you guys show to some ClubFR events :). Might even see you earlier, I'll probably be jumping on those coilovers and might just drive to pick em up.
Anyways your shop is looking like it is really going to trn out to be a great one.
