I have recently bought an isis dual fan kit for my s14 but I'm not really sure how to wire them up so they work like the stock fan. I'm sure someone has answered this before. If anyone can tell me how or give a link on how to wire these fans up it would be a big help.

Maybe i got a faulty one, but i never go the damn thing to ever work right :ugh: and after 9 months of use something happened overnight with it bacause i got up this morning and my batt was completly drained, when i jumped it the fans were on and they stayed (even with the car off...relay stuck?) on till i physically disconnected them.

could be the relay i guess. you didnt have the fans connected to a 12v constant, did you?

I just read up on electric fan conversion last night, ironically. You'll want a standard relay and a thermostat. Put your thermostat on the radiator (unless the stat is built into the fans, not that familiar) up on the fins nearest the hot water entry neck, t-stat switches the relay, relay switches the fan.
There's a decent set of diagrams here (http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/efaninstall.htm). Sorry if i've glossed over something due to not knowing the Isis fans.

I just finished installing this today and works. At first I was like the fans aren't working WTF?!?!?! Took a drive and then opened to hood to find the fans spinning.

I wired the yellow wire, the ignition wire, right into the radio fuse and works like a charm.

Well I can prove I got a faulty one. Yesterday while I was pulling into an intersection my car started to stumble real bad and I was like wtf?!?!?! Looked down and my temp gauge was backwards! That little unit died on me! POS! Dif fan controller: ordered.

Where online did you find a dif fan controller?

Where online did you find a dif fan controller?

frsport sells em. They're good with customer service, helped me put my rebuild kit together.

I contacted FRSport and phase2 last week about the dif fan controller, both told me that they're out of stock and have been discontinued for a few months now.

You could've saved yourself time and money by tapping into the condensor fan circuit like mentioned before, this circuit will activate ur fan relays when engine reaches appropriate temp plus obviously when ur ac kicks on, no need for external fan controller.

Like most people, you can simply wire them to ignition. The stock clutch fan is always on and moves faster as you accelerate. Stock clutch fan with the proper fan shroud works the best its been proven time and time again. A simple search would have netted you TONS of answers. Quit being lazy and use the search function or google.
