don't want to hijack a thread, but anyone know how or what you use to block the plate numbers from showing up in a pic?

As in after its been taken? Or before?

If its after all you need to do is use any photo editing software and paint over, or my way and most others is use adobe photoshop and select the plate and use the mosaic effect.

If you mean before, you would have to get some cover or some sort of paste. I don't remember exactly what it is, but it makes light reflect back and blurrs the lp in pics, but it is illegal.

well some people might have a swapped engine, a couple thousand invested in aftermarket upgrades, etc etc... and u can get alot of info off a license plate number. and when u know the car's parts cuz the owner listed out mods in his signature... its asking for trouble. its not such a problem here... 240s aren't as theft prone as other cars, but on forums like honda-tech or itR owners... i mean, if i had a itR; i would be pissed if someone posted a pic of my itR on my freakin' driveway with my license plate # on it. i know there are theives that stalk other forums looking for ez cars to steal.

night : just take it into photoshop or ms paint and draw over the plate #.
