I'm ordering a downpipe this week, I'm leaning torward the Apex-i N1. Does any one know if it's a complete downpipe or if i'll need a test pipe to replace the cat. I know some of the downpipes like greddy require a test pipe.

Just a question:
Why not run a cat?
A t25 can't outflow a good highflow cat. A t28 can't either. I personally would take it off before any track days and run a test pipe to keep from blowing it out or melting it. On the street it really doesn't matter and should be left on.
No the Apexi' doesn't replace the cat from the measurements that I have seen. I will try to track down the site that had them.

you would need to get the DP and either a High Flow cat or test pipe to do what you want.

what in your opinion is the better way to go, high flow cat or a test pipe?

Have there been issues with hi-flo cats?
How much hp would you need to have to burn that sucker anyways?
Are they as reliable as any oem replacement?

the high flow cat is more money but its good because you still have a cat on the car. Test pipe is just a pipe with two flanges on it
