Taking me to the wrong user

I emailed the support email I found on the site a while back and didn't get a reply

my problem is once I click my name in the top right where it says "Welcome, S|lv|4." to get to my profile page it takes me to a member named "S1lv14" this happens everywhere I am able to click my screen name. I believe this has something to do with the symbols that are in my name and that they are not accepted in urls. I am willing to change my name if needed.

I've had a similar problem with my previous screen name. Send "Phlip" a PM. If zilvia can't fix the problem on their end, I don't see why they wouldn't be able to modify your userID. Good luck.
