Top mount GT35R .82a/r Fitment problems! HELP!!!!

I have a Boost Design's T3 ram horn style manifold that I'm trying to get to fit in the car but it is off by a lot. Pictures are self explanatory. I have a guy that can weld. What's the best way to go at this?

Cut the flange at the collector and rotate it mine faces towards the drivers headlight / fender

It was either that or cut it on 3 sides and lift the driver side up and weld plates to fill it in. Only problem I run into with that is hood fitment

or get some aftermarket pedals with cylinders, will have all the clearance you need and can just keep the set up as is right now.
