ok so i finally just got my car back together after months of rebuilding the engine, cleaning up the wiring, wire tuck and lots of other stuff, i really dont feel like tearing into it again just yet so i figured i would post a thread on here and see if i cant get some sugestions

basicly my blower motor doesnt work, everything else related to climate control does but the blower motor, if fairly confident that the motor itself isnt the problem as i have a spare motor i just pulled out of a donor car that worked before i pulled it and didnt work when plugged into my harness, i did not mess with the interior harness whatsoever when doing all the work on the car so all of the interior stuff should be exactly as it was when i started and the blower worked before i tore the car apart

my seatbelts also do not work however this one is a little more interesting, my seatbelt light stays on all the time and when i open the door, shut the door or turn the key on i can hear the control box for the seatbelts make the regular clicks that it does when the seatbelts work, it clicks once and then about 5 seconds later clicks again which would be the click to start the movement of the belt and the click when it stops i would assume however the belts dont move, after the second click my warning chime sounds faster than normal and in time with the seatbelt light on the dash which is usually solid and not flashing

this is extremely irratating as everything works just fine after all the work except for 2 things that i didnt even mess with so any help would be appreciated

When I went through and redid my ac/ blower I found that the resistor was bad check that it looks like a credit card located under the glove box
