ive looked all over and havent found any quality advice so now im asking here.
so i bashed a guard rail the other day on the drivers side in looping on ramp turning right and i bent my driver side tie rod pretty bad. im pretty sure it was from the back of my tire hitting the gural rail when it was angled to the right and forcing it in bending the tie rod. i replaced both tie rods inner and outer on both sides eve though the right side was perfectly fine. i took measurement from the passenger side since my drivers side was bent. i measures 9 inches to be exact from the power steering rack to the outer tie rod joint. my tires look aligned but when im driving its sketchy and pulls weird. and this is what i cannot figure out, when i turn right and than let go of the steering wheel it spins back to center like normal. but when i turn Left i let go of the steering wheel and it just stays there. so i can turn left and let go of the steering wheel and just go in circles with out the steering wheel moving back to center. any ideas?

You need to replace your rack and pinion

no nothing else is bent. and wouldnt the steering rack make noise or affect the entire steering if it was bad? turning right its perfectly fine. i just dont wanna spend a bunch of money on a rack and than it be something stupid. im gonna take it to a allignment shop tomorrow. a guy i know at garage life said it sounds like my caster and to have it re set
