you can get them for 250 on ebay new, some guy on craigslist sales them for 200-250 as well. i payed 150 from a member here. $400 for led tails is a bit to much. plus that condensation is not really worth $400.

If you reseal them with a good silicone, it should keep the moisture from getting inside the lens.
