I absolutely love the Vertex Body kit for the Kouki S14. I do not like many body kits because they are too gaudy, but the Vertex body kit is clean. It sure is a pricey kit but I think I like it alot better then the GP Sports Zero One kit.

You can't deny that this kit looks great. I wonder how the quality is, I am sure that it must be above average since it costs over $1500...

That kit looks really nice, I like how the rear flows so well.........The fenders look good too nothing too wild or extreme, and they flow with the bumper lines so well!

Actually they look jes as good on zenkis. One of the distributors for it drives a zenki with that kit. Looks hella tight. Fit is great and its already predrilled, just paint and install. Vertex, GP sports Gfour, ING and URAS are the 4 kits that i love the most.

Anyone tell which fenders Chris Ngos car is running?
Also, I assume the exhaust cutout on the stateside rear bumper is on the correct side of the car right?

Do you think that the body kit will look stupid w/o a intercooler on my car? There will just be a large open space at the bottom of the front bumper.

:squint: you feeling ok Bill? JDM exhausts exit same side on our cars dont they? why would they put the bumper cutout on the opposite side... I know the japanese tuners kit makers are crazy and all but... :goyou: Hehe

Yah thats chris from speed alliance, really kool guy. Hes using vertex vented fenders. I think he said for the kit...you can get it for roughly $1700 before fenders. Bout $2100 with the fenders. Thats bout rite on how much you'd pay for JDM kits other than BOMEX. As for the question if it would look aites without an intercooler...LOOK AT MY SIG!!! I cant complain...my FMIC-LESS car and loud ass 3" Nurspec exhaust will be fixed when i go SR end of the summer *YEsss It WILL BE MINE!!!*

Im actually in the process of sourcing my front end conversion/ kit, and im going with the vertex front bumper and side skirts, with a different rear. I like the stock rear bumper with add on pieces like FlipRazin240sx. Which pieces are those on your car? Looks sick by the way.

Vertex is graded A+ by me. C West quality would be fine, but Vertex quality is better by a little imo. Biggest thing is the Vertex one actually looks nice. That CWest one looks like this:

Ok ok...you got me. I know the exhaust exits the same as it does on the US Spec cars, but when looking at certain pictures of the Vertex kits (and others for that matter), it looked as if the exhaust cut-out was on the passenger side of the car......anyways....hahahaha...thanks for pointing out me looking like an ass....LOL!!!!
Sidenote: I really hate this...I had my mind on the INGS kit for the longest time now, but now that I have seen some decent pics of the Vertax kit (not to mention it's cheaper....might have to get it instead.

Nice car! Its surprising how well the bumper blends in with the OEM sides. Aren't you worried about your expensive vertex bumper hittin the ground cuz its so low?

Thanks Steeles!
Yeah VERTEX is the dope stuff! Here's a little tidbit of info...
Ueno designs all the kits.
VERTEX has their own resin recipe. It must be mixed to precise standards to meet Ueno's seal of approval. hehe!
Also...some parts of the bumper are reinforced more than the others. Ueno specifies what parts should be reinforced and what parts do not need to be reinforced.
All parts All kits are made to order and predrilled...perfect fit everytime!

very welcome chris. hehe I Seriously thought about getting at least the vertex front as I've destroyed my current one but I just dont think it'd go with the OEM Kouki sides as well as I'd like and I cant afford the whole kit now :( but yah your cars gorgeous man. good to see you on the boards. I dont think I've seen you around much since the fires out your way. how'd the shop hold up through all that?

IF you guys are considering anything but Vertex for an S14 you are all smoking crack. Its the hottest shit out there. Period. If any knows what Miki's personal car looks like (the blue one he drove in 2001 D1 season) you will know what im talking about... Bass boat blue louki S14, vertex aero, LMGT4 bronze 17s in front 18s rear. Sometimes used gold 18" Professor SP1/Work S2 with polished lip in rear..... Dude it was the SHIT. Best S14 ever.
