This is a red top SR20det in a 1992 5speed hatch.

Does anyone know the purpose of this Blue/green striped wire coming from the engine harness near the fuse block?

I cant find any info on a blue/green wire in pin outs, there is a green blue that is called the "Receive (control unit data reception) RX" but i don't believe thats it.

Issue with the car is im getting no fuel pump prime due to very weak (.12v) signal coming from the ecu from pin 104.

For future reference this turns out to be the AC relay's signal according to several random internet sources.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. That's exactly what it is. That looks like the relay connection itself. Same wire and color goes through the left hand engine harness, then ECU, and AC control panel.
