I have no interest in buying, but wanted to throw in my $0.02.. had almost the same truck last fall, different paint and alot more miles. Lots of people bashed my price, but once someone who actually knew what they were looking at came to see it, it was sold. He bought it that day for 9400 and still loves it.

Hold out on your price, its worth every penny.. just gotta find the right buyer!

The right buyer must be an unsuspecting buyer with more money then brains, The Kelly Blue Book value is$7821 for excellent shape(which is a far stretch) and $7421 for good shape, which is what I am guessing since the rear tires are nearly gone from your "alignment" problem and the paint is fading. Some people crack me up at the fact that they can throw a couple upgrades at a car and think they are going to get 100% of what those upgrades cost back out of it when you sell the car.

Im not saying its not a good hauler, cause I have a 2004 1 ton Dodge Cummins, and they will haul a house, but I would get a little more realistic on your price if you really wanna sell it. If you dont wanna sell it and its just up for sale to please your old lady, keep this price and you can make her happy and keep your truck!

Kelly blue book is garbage, look up a supra on kbb lol.

Kelly Blue Book, NADA, Black Book, they are all the same and for your normal everyday cars (a 99 Dodge Ram) they are going to give you a value of what that car is worth unless you went far beyond customizing the car.

As far as a Supra, it is a collectable car, and your only going to be able to sell that to someone that wants or is looking for that car if you want to get what its really worth, but if you take it to a dealership all they are going to give you is Blue book value or NADA value because that is what its worth to the general public, outside the "tuner" crowd that actually know what it is.

KBB,NADA all of them ARE grabage i just sold my 91 toyota v6 4x4 with 300,000 miles, custom paint and wheels for $4,800 it books for $3,700 last time i checked, also my sisters honda accord with 230,000 sold for 6gs it booked for around $3,000. when a cheap new car cost $20,000-$25,000 people will pay more for a good used car, more than what a BOOK says. :mepoke:
