OEM sidemount intercooler. Came with my motor but I have no need. What you see is what you get. No major dents and the fins are great shape. I will even throw in new gaskets for it. $50 shipped

Is the HKS actuator for the T25 or T28?

Hks should be for t28 as long as it mounts on front side of compressor housing.

Aem is for any red top s13 sr20det. Might work for s13 blacktop but you would have to look into it.
