I've done a Lot of reading on this lately, but I don't have the resources to verify..
I know the 91 Cams are the "Hot" cams. But I have also read that the same cams were in the 92' or at least part of the 92' model year. Is this true?? some one with an FSM or something check this out and Let us know??

I think I'm a hot sex symbol for two double 0 two. heh j/k
The 91 cams are "the most agressive" desgin from all the DOHC cams, but really you wouldn't be able to tell the differenece, very minor.

I'd say cars made within a certain amount of time (since some 92's were made earlier in '91, obviously..) would have the "hot cams".... not sure what those dates are though....
I wanna find a set and try them in my '95...

what differences would they're be in the cams and what would happen to the car with the change in cams? where would the benefit occur?

the 91 cams supposedly have longer duration... you'd probably notice a gain throughout the powerband, and it would last through higher RPMs.....

would the rev limiter be changed? so shouldnt the 91 be the fastest of all 240's? its supposedly the lightest as well.

I've heard the 91's were supposed to be the fastest... but I've raced a couple with mods and have walked on them easy with my stock '95. It was probably wear and maintenance though.
The rev limiter is controlled by the ECU and would not be changed... with longer duration cams you'd make better use of the upper RPMs as it is... the stock rev limiter is pretty much higher than the actual useable powerband anyways....

hmm how much of a difference would swapping the cams cause and how much would it cost to install, has anyone actually done this?

the cam duration on the 91 intake : 240 exhaust is 248
S14 is 232 232,, I think.. I'm looking into buying a 92 that was built early in 92' and I'm hoping it has the "Hot" cams.
