TOKYO — Nissan Motor Co President Carlos Ghosn collided with a motorcycle while driving in Tokyo's Minato Ward on Sunday morning, leaving its two riders slightly injured, police said.

Ghosn, who was reportedly driving a Porsche, was unhurt and was trying to do a U-turn as the man and the woman were riding their motorbike in the opposite lane. (Kyodo News)

From what I've heard, in the land of the rising sun people NEVER sue. They always settle. I heard they don't require liability on auto insurance. O_O Sounds like Japan is a crazy place.
