I've seen a few topics but i wanted opinions specific to my car since the damage is somewhat bad.I was thinking about chopping a front clip off another car to replace the damage just having a hard time deciding what i should do and need some more insight.

Damage appears to reach past the strut tower on driver side, passenger side is wavy from rad support to strut tower which is hard to see in the pics.some damage to lower frame if you look close

Ya i was thinking about that, i'm assuming that runs in the thousands or sign my life over to that person to be a personal slave for life haha i really like this car just this downfall :( i guess ill just roll with a janky car till i have a place to swap over to a new chassis or enough cash. Real bummer though...

Would i run into any weird structural issues if i decided to replace the rails. they seemed easy just drill spot welds, wire wheel the bonding glue and slightly pry spots that haven't fully separated. i've never tried anything this serious before obviously

its really difficult to show the damage, here are some more detailed pics. its been pulled before not professionally of course but i can tell where the metal creased and stretched back out

Is that an s13? If so, seriously.....just get a new chassis and save a shit load of time and money....

1. Its possible to fix with drilling the tack welds, etc. but it will take a LOT of time and is not as easy as it seems.

2. Its a bitch to get it all lined up perfect

3. It will cost money to find thenew parts too.

4. This is coming from someone who has done it to just one side and not even past the tower.

5. Make the car a drift car, demoderby car, part it out.....whatever but dont waste time fixing it unless you have like 2 weeks of time tow waste

gotta240- ya s13 w/ s14 motor

Well i have time i have another vehicle but drift missile it shall be! i'll make new mounting points for the fenders to line up a little better. but shells are pretty cheap to pick up just need to find the time and place.Plano,tx is not the ideal city to work on a car with no garage, cops and neighbors are assholes

Gather up all your buddies, buy a clean shell and swap everything over. Just make sure the shell's tag is good and that it has no rust or frame damage.

That shits nothing. My friends car does this regular schedule, once a month then I fix it up a little with rope to tree and hit the nearest tree again.
