Thanks for the awesome video. Sadly, I don't have cable but I do try to watch WRC at my friends house whenever I get the chance.

Thanks a lot for that video, I really enjoyed it. I am so excited, I am going to the 100 Acre Wood SCCA ClubRally in two weeks. I went last year and the rallies are much different than watching coverage on TV.

BTW I have visited the page in your sig before, and your pictures are truly awesome, you are a very good photographer.

Yea I saw it.....Sebastian Loeb should have won the 2003 championship. But Citroen was too worried about manufacturer points.

Thanks for the comment about the photos..it means a lot.

"rallies are much different than watching coverage on TV."

Until I was about 16, my friend ramana and I had watched about every rally video there was to watch. When we went to our first US rally (in PA) in 96 we were not really expecting much compared to WRC that we had been watching for so long. When the first car, Carl Merrill's 7 speed, 440hp Escort WRC came down this hill at night, all four brake discs were bright red and the anti-lag had the rear pipe glowing with small flames popping out. (we never thought ramana would be driving the same exact car 5 years later!) It put the biggest chill in my spine and he and I just started laughing hysterically.

At pace note events overseas, when you see cars (even the slowest group N cars) go through a blind corner at 70+ mph it is really cool. They come into turns sooooo hot and you think they are going to overshoot it but they throw it one way and then slide effortlessly the other way through the turn.
