SR20DET Turbo recommendations

Hey guys, Im looking for a turbo that will get me 300+rwkw (400HP) with the least lag possible, full boost before 4500rpm would be good..

I would like a ball bearing turbo but if theres a good standard bearing turbo that can come on as early I would consider it..

Turbos im considering are the HKS GT3037S and HKS GT3040, leaning towards the GT3040 as its a nicer looking turbo to top mount (rice ..

Iv herd the GT3037S would be on full boost by 4500rpm, dose anyone know how much laggier the GT3040 is ?

So what do you guys recon would be some good turbos to look into ?
Asuming I have all the mods to support it..
