which coilover?

can someone help me and tell me which coilover these are, i think its tein but i am not too sure of which one.

yeh i think its tein. it has dat big t on it on da bottom. but ionno which one it is for sure but i think its the type flex, juss idunno cuz das da only one that i could think of that looks like it has the same lenght as the type flex but ionno bout that extra or differnt smaller spring on the first two coilovers. it doesnt hav that on the type flex

Do they have a dampening adjustment thing on top? Maybe the old HR's.

im not too sure about the dampening adjustment. im getting it for $290 shipped is that a good deal?
