62 ecu with chips

Hi everyone I've been looking to get my car tuned for 555cc injectors and the z32 and I wanted to buy an ecu that I could tune but I was bored one day and I decieded to open my ecu and I saw that it already had a board with chips on it, so now I wanted to know if I can tuned this ecu with the current chips or what do I have to do or take it too? Any tuner that has dual ostrich emulator and chip burner. You can use tuner pro rt.
