spl tc rods and toe arms boot sizing

hey, if anyone was dying to know...
if you wanted to get rubber dustboots for the bearings from baker precision you need to get the medium size for both arms. i was unsure as the tc rods measured exactly in between medium and large. well i bought a pair for my spl toe arms and put one on my tc rod. it fits nice and snug.

Do you think it will fit most toe arms and RUCAs, cause I just got some off ebay. Would you like oil them, and then put the boots on, cause I don't think mine are teflon or lubricated?
