Error message when browsing

I constantly encounter the same error message. It doesn't occur in any other web browsing that I do, which believe me is a lot. This suggests that it has something to do with how the site is set up. Maybe somebody can explain to me why I receive this message, and what I might be able to change to get rid of it, its gets annoying! The message is as follows:
