Hey, if you can confirm that the wastegate is/isn't welded, that would be rad. I'm hoping it isn't welded since it doesn't seem like it is from the picture.... If it's not welded I will probably pick it up. Thanks!

u should be able to move the wastegate but pulling the actuator rod. its hard but if it doesnt budge it probably welded

Just did so and I opened it. Does that mean it is not? Not sure why the previous owner thought it was.

I changed my mind yet again, and decided I do not need the inlet and outlet clocking adapters, nor the oil drain. :)
The only things I would keep are the inlet and outlet elbows. I would still ask 320$ shipped.
