BBK wheel fitment question

I recently installed a set of Evo Brembos on my S13 and now I'm going about buying a set of Work VS-XXs. I don't know much about the whole clearance situation with the different types of disks, etc so what I wanted to know is what would be the best setup to go in the front if I wanted the biggest lip I could fit, with still clearing my Brembos? I need a 18x9.5 with around 5-15 offset.

Your only option if you don't want spacers is a high disk. Choose the offset after you choose the disk.

I don't mind spacers if I have to do it to get a big lip, I want like a 4" lip if I can.

Yah, but you run spacers, you'll change the offset and make the fitment all funky. If you're going for max lip and widest wheel setup under your fenders, throwing spacers will push the wheel too far out. You'll probably need atleast 15mm spacers if you run O-disk wheels (most lip, least brake clearance).
