So, like stated, that's the issue I have right now. I am pretty sure it is the lower harness. I think when the swap was done, the harness may be bad. Supposedly the cluster was swapped out and the same issue occurs. I switched out the speed sensor and still nothing so I'm thinking a new lower harness is in order. I did some searching and have yet to find the true issue. Any help is appreciated. This weekend I plan on swapping the harness regardless to trial and error test it. I have the harness laying around but being military, free time isn't a necessity and the car isn't my daily so it's not a huge issue. Again, thank you ahead of time.
