searched on this subject and found a few answers and just want to double check.

over the weekend I went to home depot and built myself a nice little boost leak tester. I'm currently running 7 psi. would it be wise to turn it up more to say around 15? or is it not necessary. I'd like to make sure everything is leak free.

I'd like to hear what other people in similar situations did, what psi, most prone place to check for leaks, how long did you hold the pressure for, etc..

planning on doing it tomorrow after work thanks in advanced.

I actually did this recently as well, I think we had the compressor set to 10-15psi, and you could easily spot or hear any leaks.

Is that what your asking?

20psi is what i require. I don't play about that shit.

I always do 5psi more than the boost I intend to run, but that is a reliability test!
Testing for leaks, I do 5 listen spray soapy water, 10 listen 15, listen 20, listen spray soapy water, 25 listen
you get the idea.
This is just intercooler piping BTW, I do 5psi leak on the entire system.

I'm doing the entire system also.. I guess running mine at 10 psi should be good. 20 psi kinda scares me what if I start an unwanted leak lol
