I have a 1992 Nissan 240SX with a red top SR20DET engine. The body has 175,XXX miles. Theres really not much wrong with the car that I couldn't fix (tach doesnt work, no reverse lights, no ps or ac, boost leak, hard starts, etc.) but to EXTREME, I mean some :axe: dumb circumstances, I dont care to keep this car and im ready to get this FD build on the road. Ok heres the deal...
Basically the car is a rolling, driving shell because the ASS HOLE that sold me the car wont answer the phone to do a title transfer. I have the title in my possession BUT he never put the car in his name whenever he bought it; so he has a notary on it, I buy it, then BOOM theres 2 notaries on the title. The lady at the DMV tells me that he has to put the car in his name BEFORE I can put the car in my name....:duh: I call him, and I havent heard from him since. I could file for a lost title, but I dont have the knowledge and I dont care to do it myself because everytime I look at and drive this car all I can think about is this douche that sold it to me.
Other than that the body is solid(other than HORRIBLE blue orange peel), the swap could have been done a lil cleaner (the wire harness is ugly AF to me, but I have high standards), but it will take lil to no time to get it up to par. It has ALOT of expensive parts on it (koyo radiator, godspeed intercooler, greedy oil pan, megans racing suspension, etc.) but I dont care, I just want the money back that I bought the car for, I will even take a lost so I can get this car outta my hair.
