yea..so..i start my car..but it usually would start up pretty quick..this time it took a lil long but it still started. So I thought the car was juss cold..it takes awhile to start...is it normal? so far happened three times today..could it be the fuel pump is dyin?
and are any of you guys havin this problem? so far iv'e discover that it's been idlein like around 300...and sometimes it would juss hit zero and die..is it juss the cold season or something? cuz I cleaned my throttle body juss like before but nothing really improved..
I have a 92 240sx...thanx

i know sears will do a free check on your charging and starting system if you agree to buy whatever is wrong through them if it turns out to be anything in that system...i.e. starter, battery, alternator...worth a check..
doesn't sound like a fuel issue to me...

so you think it's something electrical?

possibly distributor cap and/or rotor as well...
timing being messed up could affect your idle...also affect starting...
i know when my distributor was going out i had to hold the idle at 1500-2000 when stopped or it wanted to die...
but yes i think electrical..not fuel supply...

How cold is it where you are at? Your cold cranking amps may be on their last lap for your battery. Take the battery to see if it needs to be recharged. If it is o.k., then check you plug wires for cracks and the distributor for anything obvious...
