Hey guys ,Ive been around Nissan for awhile.
I Currently have a 94 U13 KAT (Altima)
Im searching for a new project and the 240sx is my target,What I was searching for ,is there a difference in the 92-94 KA VS the 95-98 KA in compression ,or maybe the head has bigger port or what not ? are they both build the same ? (2001 Altimas had 5hp more due to the head I belive)I know the cam profiles are differnt from the 91s VS the 95? I also assume OBD I would be a better choice when I transfer my Turbo Setup towards a S13 or S14 KA. (as OBD II Altimas have trouble with JWT)
Im researching as much as I can and greatly appericated for your help guys, Thanks in Advances.

they are same. in fact, block and head are interchangable.

I guess I have to fine a KA24DE ...very hard to find a couple with a DE and 5spd ...hate to waste time to do tranny conversations.. thanks IKu

you can get a coupe in a ka24de as long as it is 91-93 they all had them......the 89-90 had a ka24e most coupes had 5spd's too
