recently i did some suspension work and since then there has been a clunking noise coming from the rear ...diff? axles?

the noise ONLY happens under load and will increase in speed with the car. after leaving shop the sound will be a low whirring that will change to and stay as a clicking under load

work done:
energy subframe bushings (axles and subframe disconnected from car)
coilovers
ruca

my tech saw the diff bushings have worn so put spacers but sound is still there. i understand with the solid bushings and the rigidity i will hear more noise but i don't think this is normal

could this be coming from a worn vlsd?
something with the axles?
anyone else ever have a similar issue?

when i swapped from open diff to VLSD i reshimmed it and it made a bit of clunking.. does the clunking get louder in low speed turns? that might indicate VLSD.. As far as the clicking not sure what that could be.
