This is a PANACHE S13 Upper Steering Column Cover. It will accommodate any of the rectangular Boost, Turbo or Engine Management units. It will only work in RHD or RHD Coverted S13's. Its is dusty because I have had it in a box for almost a year. This piece is OEM plastic and in very good conditon. PANACHE made these in Japan and they are nearly identical to your OEM cover. Great RARE item.
