moved lights and grill around from damage

So I took it off and going to put it back on so I can fix the placement of the lights and grille back to normal. Nothing else cracked except that part on the bumper. Bottom liner got a tiny rip but but that is easily fixable (you can see behind foglight on that side).

Oh NO!!! crack in the front bumper fixable? : 240sx General Discussion (http://forums.nicoclub.com/oh-no-crack-in-the-front-bumper-fixable-t393954.html)
If I do that won't my bumper paint be all gone in that area?

Yes its fixable, I had a similar crack in mine, gave it to the guy that painted my car and it came back repaired, not exactly sure how he did it though

clean it off with alcohol and then use silicone sealent on the inside and tape it together from the outside where the paint is really good, let it set for a good 12 hrs or whatever the bottle says then a tiny bit of bondo to cover the crack i did the same to my rear s13 bumber when i bought my coupe. it hold up great. im eventually gonna get a new bumper but this is working just fine until i do

i read that bondo isnt good to use and that I should use a platic weld like like Fusor 114 and put a mesh backing (screen door type thing) on the back so the adhesive wont' go all over the place. Not saying what you did won't work but just what i heard.
or i can zip tie it so i can be DSM
i also dont want to pay someone to do it because i dont like people touching my stuff... so i try and do everything my self if I have all the equipment.

Same thing happened to my s14. I just ziptied it untill I find another one.
I would think what "panda" said should be good till you get a new one.

Honestly that isnt too bad. Use a high strength two part epoxy (autozone even has a 'bumper repair' one but generic home depot stuff is plenty strong) and just spread it all over the back side and set a brick or some sort of weight on it from the top to keep the separated pieces together. U can even use the epoxy to fill in the crack then sand it. For something that small it will be much easier and stronger then bondo

In the last pics the metal part is sticking up. I just pushed it down and held it and now it is just a tiny bit above the crack. If I squeeze it down the bumper looks perfect minus a wrinkle. Going to fix it tomorrow. You post on misc (seems like a misc type of name)?

Don't try to fix it with silicone, that's dumb. If you don't know what you're doing just take it to any bodyshop and they can weld it back together easily.

Precisely. It's called plastic welding and it's covered in depth in auto body trade schools.

haha i seriously had to question if this was a real post.
ive fixed bumpers that had the same kind of crack. plastic weld it or use a two part epoxy sold for this exact purpose. if you want it 100% as pre-incident though you'll need some paintwork

^with this guy. It's a tiny crack and op even says when pushed together it's not even noticeable. I'll admit silicon sounds shitty but I've fixed several bumpers and other trip pieces with similar damage with epoxy with zero problems and it's about $3 bucks and requires zero skill. U don't understand why some people try to over complicate thing lol
